摘要
南海环保电厂采用美国BASIC柕睦偕沾砑际?因南海地区的生活垃圾低位热值达不到设计热值而长期无法正常运行。经过了技术改造和采用掺烧高热值工业垃圾,运行方式出现了很大的改变。鉴此,利用调试和试运行的结果,对改造后运行数据进行分析,建立其运行数学模型,并进一步优化模型,形成了混合垃圾的最佳处理模型和可运行区域。
The BASIC burner stack manufactured by The BASIC Energy Companies, USA was applied in Nanhai Green Renewable Energy Co. , Ltd, , China; however, it did not work well because the low heat value(LHV) of the household waste in Nanhai Zone was far lower than the design LHV. After alteration to the burner and blending the high-heat-value industrial waste with the household waste, the original operational way greatly changed. In this paper, the model is rebuilt according to the pre-run data in commissioning, and optimized by linear programming to set the feasible range for the waste blend.
