摘要
介绍了发电厂风机变频调速技术的基本原理,以及ZINVERT系列高压变频调速系统的组成和特点。以瑞明电厂1号锅炉引风机由工频控制改变频控制为例,阐述了变频改造方案,分析比较了引风机采用变频控制后的节能效果,事实证明该变频技术在节能降耗、提高自动化控制水平等方面具有较大的优点。
This paper introduces the basic principle of frequency control technique applied to fans in power plants along with the composition and features of ZINVERT high-voltage frequency control system, It also describes the transformation from power frequency to frequency conversion control on the induced draft fan for Unit ~ boiler in Ruiming Power Plant, expounding the transformation scheme, and analyzing the resultant energy saving effect. Facts show that the frequency control technique is superior in saving energy and raising the level of automation.
