摘要 露天矿单斗—卡车工艺为环节组成较为松散的工艺系统,不能完全归为并—串联系统、串—并联系统、串联k/n(G)系统或贮备冗余系统模型。论文根据其系统特点,运用排队论建立了单斗—卡车剥离工艺系统可修循环排队模型,研究了在定铲配车制下单斗—卡车剥离工艺系统的可靠性,给出了系统稳态作业有效度的计算公式,对露天矿的生产管理具有一定的参考意义。 The shovel-truck technological system is loosely composed with multi-unit, which can not completely be classified as shunt-series system, series-shunt system, series k/n (G) system or standby redundancy system model, The repairable and cyclic queuing model of shovel-truck stripping technology was established in the paper using queuing theory according to the characteristics of the system. The reliability of shovel-truck stripping technological system under fixed dispatching was studied, and the expressions which calculating the steady state reliability of the system was educed, and the results of which have referenced significance for production management in open-pit mines.
