呼出气冷凝液检测在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 呼出气冷凝液(EBC)检测是近年来新出现的检测呼吸道非呼吸功能、分析肺部炎症和氧化应激状态与肺部肿瘤标记物的一种方法。是不干扰呼吸道本身的生理或病理过程的无创检测呼吸道生化成分的新技术,为监测肺部疾病的进展和评价治疗效果提供了新的途径。既往传统的检查方法有痰液收集、诱导痰(IS)、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF),这些方法都有明显的缺陷,限制了其在临床上的广泛应用。
