米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤药物治疗异位妊娠80例临床分析被引量：2

摘要目的对米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤药物治疗异位妊娠进行临床分析。方法收集我院2000年5月—2005年10月确诊为输卵管妊娠并符合保守条件的患者146例,应用米非司酮加甲氨喋呤(MTX)药物治疗并与对照组进行比较。结果对照组20例治愈,治愈率60.6%;观察组68例治愈,治愈率达85%,两组治愈率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论选择合适的早期患者采用米非司酮联合甲氨喋呤药物保守治疗,是安全、价廉、经济简便、可靠的治疗方法。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the medical treatment using mifepristone combined methotrexate in ectopic pregnancy. Methods 146 cases of ectopic pregnancy by medical treatment were studied retrospectively. Group A： Study group： 80 cases treated by mifepristone combined methotrexate; B： contrast group. Group B：66 cases treated by methotrexate only. Results Study group had higher cure rate （68/80） than contrast group.（20/66）, P〈0.01. Conclusions Mifepristone combined methotrexate is a effective medical treatment for early stable ectopic pregnancy,and it is cheap,convinient and safe.
