浅析基站开关电源电池保护方式对蓄电池的影响

Brief Discussion on the Influence of VRLA Battery by SMPS in Base Station

文中对基站蓄电池容量衰减过快、使用寿命较短的原因进行了分析,并根据蓄电池的放电特性,对现有基站开关电源的电池放电保护方式存在的不足进行了探讨,提出了将电压保护方式和时间保护方式相结合,同时应用于开关电源的蓄电池放电管理功能中,从根本上解决了避免基站蓄电池的深度放电的问题,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。

This paper analyzes the cause on battery capacity decline faster and shortener use life time, and on the basis of the battery discharge characteristic, dicuses the short coming of discharge mode, brings forward the voltage protect and time protect mode to combine to battery discharge management of SMPS in base station, to avoid battery depth discharge, to make a longer use life time for VRLA battery.
