摘要
本工作对基于虚拟仪器技术的符合测量实验进行研究。使用金硅面垒探测器和Cd(Zn)Te探测器对^241Am的α-γ级联辐射进行测量,并通过软件方法实现符合,源活度计算误差为5%~11%。结果表明,借助虚拟仪器技术,可以采用软件替代硬件电路的方法,实现有效符合分析。
Software-coincidence experiment is studied by using virtual instrument technique. α-γcascade decay of ^241Am was measured with both Si(Au) junction detector and Cd(Zn)Te detector, and coincidence measurement and analysis were realized by software. The error of measured activity is 5%-11%. Software-coincidence is realized with coincidence analysis instead of coincidence circuit.
