摘要
边界元法以其独特的优势被广泛应用于稳态温度场的求解,但在实际应用中,由各种CAD模型生成的求解域表面网格往往存在多种缺陷和错误,网格错误会导致边界元矩阵形态变差,所得到的方程组难以收敛甚至无法求解。为此提出边界元容错处理算法,该算法根据边界元矩阵系数行和恒等于1的特点进行矩阵形态修复,可以实现边界元对网格的容错处理,并且在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Boundary Element Method is used to solve the cycle-averaged steady temperature field of injection mold because of its unique advantage. Some errors would be created while CAD systems generate STL files, which would influence on the data processing and manufacturing if they were not repaired. Conformation of matrix of boundary element method becomes unconscionable because of error mesh, which brings out the matrix that would be difficult to solve or would not be converged. For it the fault tolerance method of boundary element method was brought forward. The algorithm was employed to repair matrix basis, the criterion of matrix coefficient of mold cavi-ty surface was identical to 1. In an actual application, wonderful result was achieved.
