摘要
采用由阴离子淤浆聚合法制备的高黏度尼龙6为原料,以甲酸为溶剂制备溶液。考察温度与树脂相对黏度对溶液黏度的影响,同时用流延法制膜,研究树脂相对黏度和温度对膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,高黏度尼龙6溶液的黏度可达400Pa.s左右,随着温度的升高,尼龙6溶液的黏度降低,在同一温度下,溶液的黏度随树脂相对黏度的升高而增大。高黏度尼龙6膜的力学性能如模量、屈服应力、最大负荷、断裂强度随着树脂相对黏度的增大和膜处理温度的升高而增加。
Nylon 6 films were prepared by means of casting method, with high-relative viscosity nylon 6 as main material and formic acid as a solvent, in which the nylon 6 was prepared by means of anionic polymerization. The effects of temperature and the relative viscosity of the resin on the viscosity of the solution were discussed. The effects of the relative viscosity of the resin and temperature on the mechanical properties of nylon 6 films were inves-tigated. The results showed the solution viscosity of high-relative viscosity nylon 6 could be up to 400 Pa·s, the viscosity of nylon 6 solution decreased with the rise of the temperature; at the same temperature, the solution vis-cosity increased with the raising of the high-relative viscosity of nylon 6; the mechanical properties of nylon 6 films, such as modulus, yield stress, peak load and breaking strength increased with the increase of the relative viscosity of the resin and temperature.
