摘要
分别以家庭和公共场所为背景,对老年人应用互联网的状况进行调查,分析老年人应用互联网的态度、互联网在其相关决策中的作用及其长期积累的经验对决策的影响。从已有策略、人与人的合作、信息域的界定3方面得出老年人应用互联网的态度与相关决策的评价结果,分析我国老年人应用互联网的特征和障碍。
In this paper,four researches are carried out on the family and public background respectively for trying to understand aged people＇s attitude and strategies on applying Internet. Research 1 is concerning about finding medical insurance information with e-government. Research 2 is to find information for planning a route. Research 3 considers the combination of paper and web resources in choosing transport. Research 4 is to investigate the reception and dispatch of email. From above researches, it potentially generalizes the features and obstacles of aged people in applying Internet. The results reveal that it is important to combine the existing strategies and the measures of effectiveness, as well as interacting with people, crossing the boundaries of different information.
