从顾客满意到顾客忠诚 被引量:1

摘要 近来的研究表明顾客满意只是顾客忠诚的前提条件,顾客满意向顾客忠诚转化还受到其他因素的影响。本文在总结前人研究的基础上,对顾客满意向顾客忠诚转化的影响因素进行分析归纳,并将顾客满意与顾客忠诚转化模型进行了丰富。
