摘要 目的探讨10%盐水冰袋在物理降温中的应用。方法按住院顺序将高热患者70例分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组使用10%盐水冰袋降温,对照组采用清水冰袋降温,冰袋用包布包裹放置于患者双侧腋下、腹股沟处,两组患者均在冰敷后1、2、3、4 h测量直肠温度,观察记录患者体温下降情况;将两种冰袋在室温22℃中放置4 h,观察两种冰袋温度和形态变化。结果使用冰袋时观察组降温效果明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;两种冰袋在室温22℃放置3 h,10%盐水冰袋呈霜水状,温度为-5.0℃,而清水冰袋为2℃,已融化成水。结论用10%盐水冰袋物理降温疗效优于清水冰袋。 Objective To explore the effect of cold compress with saline ice pack on physical hypothermia. Methods Divide 70 patients with hyperpyrexia into observation group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35) randomly. Applying cold compress with 10% saline (500mL) ice pack and ice pack of water in observation group and control group. Ice packs are wrapped by cloth and put in the axillary and the groin. Take the anus temperature for both groups after 1h, 2h, 3h and 4h. Observe the temperature and the morphological change of ice pack after being put in 22℃ room temperature for 4h. Results The effect of saline ice pack is obviously better than that of ice packs with fresh water at 3h and 4h (P〈0.05). Two kinds of packs have been put in 22℃ room temperature for 3h, The temperature of saline water in the pack is - 5℃ and it becomes frost water, and the clear water is 2℃, and it becomes water. Conclusion The effect of cold compress with10% saline ice pack is obviously better than that of ice packs with clear water.
