血液透析患者家属焦虑状态的调查分析及对策

Investigation and analysis of family members' anxiety in patients undergoing hemodialysis and management strategies

目的了解血液透析患者家属的心理状态,提出相应的护理对策。方法2004年7月至2006年8月,对血液净化中心住院的终末期肾病患者家属68人采用状态-特质焦虑量表及自制问卷调查表进行调查。结果家属特质焦虑分值与常模分值比较,P<0.01;影响家属状态-特质焦虑分值的相关因素显示:家属性别差异、付费方式、照料时间、生活规律改变程度、患者透析不良反应比较,P<0.01;家属文化程度、血液透析相关知识了解程度比较,P<0.05。结论患者家属焦虑问题应引起医护人员的关注,要对家属给予心理支持和关怀,帮助家属减少焦虑状态的发生。

Objective To analyze the mental status of the patients＇ family and put forward corresponding nursing strategies. Methods Investigate 68 relations of patients with late stage of kidney disease in blood purification center from July 2004 to August 2006 by condi- tion- idiosyncrasy anxiety scale form and self- designed questionnaire. Results The comparison between the score of relations＇ idiosyncrasy anxiety score and normal score, P〈 0. 001. The related factors influencinng the score of relations＇ condition- idiosyncrasy anxiety indicates that the comparison of relations＇ gender, the way they pay, the length of caring time, the change level of regular life and appearing of untoward reaction for the patients, P〈0.01. There is significant difference in the comparison of relations＇ education level and related knowledge of hemodialysis, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Health care delivers should pay more attention to the anxiety problem of patients＇ family and give them more mental support in order to reduce the their anxiety.
