急性脑卒中患者心电图改变与预后的关系

Relation between changes of ECG and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy

目的了解并探讨急性脑卒中患者心电图异常及对预后的影响。方法回顾性调查分析292例首次发作的急性脑卒中患者的临床资料,通过临床和电话随访收集卒中时住院及出院后6个月患者的死亡资料。结果缺血性及出血性脑卒中患者的心电图异常分别与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。缺血性与出血性卒中患者住院中死亡率与对照组心电图正常者比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而出院后6个月的死亡率与对照组心电图正常者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论急性脑卒中预后与有无心脏损害明显相关,心脏病仍是卒中患者最常见的死亡原因。

[Objective] To study the electrocardiographic（ECG）abnormability of the patients with acute cerebral apoplexy and its effect to the prognosis.[Method] The clinic data of 292 cases,who suffered from the cerebral apoplexy for the first time,were analyzed with retrospective studies,and the data was collected from the patients who died during the period of being in hospital or leaving hospital within half a year by clinic and telephone.[Results] The ECG abnormality in patients group with ischemic cerebral apoplexy or Hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy had significant difference respectively,comparing with control group respectively（P 〈0.01）.In both groups of ischemic cerebral apoplexy and Hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy comparing with control group with normal ECG,the mortality in hospitalized patients had no significant difference（P 〉0.05）,and the mortality leaving hospital after 6 months had significant difference rspectively（P 〈0.01）.[Conclusion] The prognosis of patients with acute cerebral apoplexy is highly correlated with heart damaged,and heart diseases are still the most common causes of death for patients with apoplexy.
