摘要
文中设计为普通车床的经济型数控改造设计。主要完成数控系统硬件部分的设计,由8031单片机为核心,进行存储器扩展,由输入/输出接口、光电隔离电路、功率放大电路控制步进电机转动,经齿轮减速后带动滚珠丝杠转动,从而实现车床的纵向、横向进给运动。
This design is designed for the economic type transform of NC of CA6140 lathe. The main work is the design of the hardware of CNC system. And expand memory with 8031 single slice machine for core. The stepping motor is controlled by input/output interface, photoelectricity and power enlarging circuit. After be slown down by gear, then take the leadscrew to revolve. And finally realize the vertical and crosswise feed motion.
