基于过载保护的弹簧销设计及优化方法

摘要 文章介绍了弹簧销的过载保护作用,通过对其结构进行分析,对弹簧销关键元件的功能做了详细介绍。根据弹簧销过载保护的作用条件对弹簧预压力进行了设计计算,解释了弹簧预压力F1和弹簧销初始位置与工件肋条的夹角θ之间的关系。通过对弹簧收缩量ΔL与工件轴承座转过的角度Δθ之间的关系进行分析,求解出了理论弹簧压力F1′的关系式,并与实际弹簧压力F2进行比较做出优化。 To introduce the function of Spring Pin over loading protection, and to introduce to the function of key parts in detail by analyzing carefully on its structure. According to the functioned condition of Spring Pin over loading protection, the prepressing power of Spring is designed and calculated, and it is expressed by formula that the relation between the prepressing power F1 of Spring and the angle θ of the Spring Pin initial position and the workpiece rib. By analyzing the relation between the contract value ΔL of Spring and the turned angle Δθ of the workpiece bearing seat, the expression of the theoretic Spring pressure F1' is solved out, which is compared with the factual Spring pressure F2, and optimizing.
