摘要 质量功能配置(QFD)在产品设计中,顾客需求重要度的确定是QFD规划过程中关键步骤,文章分析现有方法的不足,提出一种基于粗糙集理论的顾客基本需求重要度确定方法,应用信息熵的概念来分析市场竞争性,二者融合使得顾客需求重要度的确定更加客观、合理。通过实例验证了该方法的有效性。 During the production planning phase in QFD (quality function deployment), the key problern is for determining the importance of Customers' Requirernents. The shortcoming of traditional methods is analyzed in this paper. A Rough Sets theory-based method for determining importance of customer requirements is proposed, the concept of entropy is introduced for competitive analysis. Thus the customers' requirements determining is more objectivity and reasonability. Its validity is proved by an example.
