在零售商业发达的广州,本土超市在大型外资和外地超市挤压下,沦为连锁零售超市格局的配角。作为超市核心竞争能力的物流能力是广州本土超市与大型超市差距的综合反映,今后广州本土超市要在定位社区超市基础上,充分发挥销售物流距离短的优势,弥补配送、采购物流的劣势,从而做到扬长避短,增强竞争实力。
Foreign and domestic capital dominates the detail market of Guangzhou city, such as Carrel, Trust mart, Parknshop, Metro, Lotus, and Gomei, SuNing, ect. in contrast, local markets are ferior to these domestic supermarket magnating in most of aspects including logistics, the paper points out that weak logistics competency is one of the main causes that make local supermarkets be disadvantageous situation at present.
