涂布白纸板生产中的节水节能措施

摘要 针对9.5万t/a涂布白纸板生产线制浆流程中存在的问题,以节能降耗为目的,优化衬浆、芯浆废纸制浆工艺,对浮选、热分散系统进行设备改造和工艺调整。经过整改,吨纸耗电量由476.5kWh下降到404.8kWh,全年节电约680万kWh;吨纸耗水量由36.8m^3下降到30.8m^3,全年节水约57万m^3。 In accordance with the problems existing in the pulping process of 95 thousand t/a coated white board production line, the measures to optimize the waste paper pulping techniques of under-layer and middle-layer furnish were carried out with the purpose to reduce energy and resource consumption and equipment reformation and process adjustment to flotation and heat dispersion system were also made. After the reformation, the unit power consumption is reduced from 476.5 kWh/t to 404.8 kWh/t, with 6.8 million kWh saved annually and the unit water consumption is decreased from 36.8 m^3/t to 30.8 m^3/t, 570 thousand m^3 saved annually.
