摘要
通过对山美水库大坝设计、施工、运行及监测资料分析,确定了水库大坝安全监测方案,建立了山美水库大坝安全判别体系及监控指标;在此基础上,采用先进的电子技术、网络通信技术、计算机技术和数据管理技术,开发山美水库大坝安全监控系统。系统可实时综合分析大坝安全运行性态,评定大坝安全类别,对大坝安全隐患自动进行预警。
Through an analysis of design, construction, operation and monitoring data for the dam of Shanmei Reservoir, the safety monitoring scheme for the dam was determined, and a safety evaluation framework and control index for the dam were established. Then the safety monitoring system for the dam was developed by use of advanced electronic technique, network technique, computer technique, and data management technique. The system can realize real-time comprehensive analysis of the safe operation status of the dam, evaluate its safety degree, and alarm for hidden troubles.
