摘要
Fisher吲哚环合法制备5-取代色胺需在加热条件下进行,传统的加热方式反应时间较长,效率不高。选用分子筛为酸催化剂和助滤剂,利用微波辅助合成色胺,可缩短反应时间,提高反应收率,简化后处理操作,减少对环境的污染。
The traditional heating method needs a longer reaction time with low efficiency during the synthesis of 5-substituted tryptamine. Therefore the microwave heating method is utilized to synthesize tryptamine in this context. The zeolite used as the acid catalyst is a green synthetic method and can reduce the pollutants discharged during the reaction.
