摘要
可编程控制器(PLC)具有可靠性好、抗干扰能力强、环境适应性和实时性好、编程方便、简单易学等优点。对于解决布袋除尘器和静电除尘器的清灰,温度和风量以及高压供电设备供电质量的问题,PLC比传统的继电器—接触器控制系统可靠性高、控制灵敏度高、通讯能力强,可以达到理想的控制效果。本文介绍了PLC的硬件组成、软件系统、工作过程以及目前使用较多的几种编程语言;以某冶金厂正压布袋除尘器系统为例简单介绍了PLC控制器在该除尘系统中的应用以及设计流程图等;针对使用中存在的一些问题,指出PLC控制器的发展方向。
Programmable logic controller （PLC）is reliable, short response time, high sensitivity, good communication control system used in bag dust collector and electrical precipitator projects. In this article hardware and software system, working process, several programming languages and the application in a metallurgical plant were introduced. Meanwhile pointed out the development direction.
