摘要
针对台州电厂330MW机组空气预热器存在LCS控制系统故障、扇形板变形、漏风率偏大等问题,根据空气预热器热态变形和多道密封能减小漏风机理,采用双密封结构,将转子24仓格改成48分仓,并作三向密封改造、固定扇形板和弧形板、更换换热元件、减少中心筒和相关部件的漏风量等改造措施。经过改造,漏风率从原16%~19%降到5.5%~6.6%,改造取得预期效果。
Introduced the trouble problems of the air preheater of 330MW unit in Taizhou power plant,such as, the malfunction of LCS,the fan plate distortion,the high rate of air leakage. According to the mechanisms of heat distortion and multi-channel sealing decreasing the air leakage,presented a retrofitting project of adopting the dualsealing construction, separating the 24 chambers of rotor into 48 chambers, three-direction sealing,fastening the fan plates and arc plates, replacing the heat exchange elements,reducing the air leakage of central silo and other components. Through the retrofitting,the rate of air leakage reduces from 16-19 percents to 5.5-6.6 percents,and the desired result is obtained.
