摘要
杨树细菌肿茎溃疡病在中国东北地区杨树人工林大面积发生,引起幼林和成林的树干和枝坏死、腐烂、溃疡、肿茎、木质变色,造成严重损失。经过敏反应、致病性测定、培养特性、染色和厌氧培养,确定病原菌为欧氏杆菌属的种类(Eriwnia sp.)。发病主要取决于诱病因子,其中树种感病性是发病的重要条件,低湿、冻伤、修枝节伤、虫伤、人为机械伤等不良因素有利于发病。
The bacterial swollen stem canker of poplars is prevalent on large scale in man-made poplar forest of Northeastern of China. It causes serious damage by harming necrosis, putrefy, canker, swollen and lingnin discoloration of main stems and branches of young forest and grown up forest, allergic reaction, pathogenicity deterine, culture char acter, dying and anaerohic culture proves that the pathogen of this disease is Erwinia sp. Its occurence mainly depends on whether the disease predisposing factor is present. One of the important factotr is the susceptibility of trees, low tide, frostbite, knot wound, lopping wound, insect wound and artificial wound, etc. Harmful factors are liable to the disease.
