液体婴儿配方奶生产及维生素添加量的确定 被引量:3

摘要 通过对婴儿配方奶基料的pH值及UHT杀菌时间、温度对配方奶中维生素存留量影响的研究,以及对婴儿配方奶保质期内各种维生素含量的监测,确定了婴儿配方奶中各种维生素的建议添加量。
