中药熏洗配合常规药物治疗腕管综合征的临床分析

Effect of fumigation washing therapy with TCM to carpal tunnel syndrome

目的探讨中药熏洗疗法在腕管综合征患者中的应用。方法根据患者是否愿意加用中药熏洗疗法,将患者分为治疗组(A组)和对照组(B组)。结果治疗组大多数患者能在一个月症状消失,对照组大多数患者的症状消失需两个月。结论中药熏洗能明显的缓解症状,且能明显的缩短常规药物的治疗疗程。

Objective To investigate the effect with fumigation washing therapy with TCM（traditional Chinese medicine） to the patients of carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods 84 patients were divided into two groups. Group A （63cases） was treated with fumigation washing therapy with TCM,but group B（21 cases） was not . Results Most cases＇ symptom vanished of group A in 1 month, while patients of group B did in 2 months. Conclusion Therapy of fumigation washing with TCM can alleviate symptom obviously, and can also shorten the course of drug treatment.
