摘要
以硝酸铁、硝酸镍、硝酸锶和柠檬酸为原料,采用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法合成出W型SrNi2Fe16O27铁氧体粉末。用X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)对铁氧体晶体结构和晶粒形态进行表征,用振动样品磁强计(VSM)对其磁性能测试,实验结果表明,该法在1000℃制得的铁氧体性能优于其它方法制得的铁氧体。实验表明控制pH值、水量和柠檬酸的量对铁氧体的结构和磁性能都有一定的影响。
Ultrafine W-type ferrite powders have been synthesized by citrate sol-gel method with Sr(NO3)2,Ni(NO3)2·6H2O,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and citric acid as raw materials.X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the structure and shape of the ferrite powders.The magnetic properties were studied by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results indicate that pH value,the amount of water and citric acid affect microstructures and magnetic properties of powders.
