摘要
为改善矿区掘进巷道泥岩行车道现有处理对策的不足或不佳,首次提出了低温施工微表处系统在其处理中的应用问题。试验对比了在泥岩行车道上设置粘结防水层和不设粘结防水层两种情况下的微表处方案的处治效果,分析了粘结防水层在泥岩行车道处理中的作用;通过试验分析可知:在原泥岩满足强度要求的情况下,采取低温施工微表处系统处理矿区掘进巷道泥岩行车道,具有施工迅速、开放交通快、安全、环保和经济效益好等优点;若在泥岩上先采用高浓度的改性乳化沥青作为粘结防水层,然后再进行低温施工微表处,则处理后的泥岩行车道具有防水效果好、粘结性能好、路用性能好等优点。
Treatment for excavation argillaceous-rock roadway in mining area is a very difficult technical problem.A right treatment is very important to better efficiency and safety in production.In order to solve the deficiencies of the usual treatments for excavation argillaceous-rock roadway in mining area,the application of microsurfacing in low temperature construction environment to treatment for excavation argillaceous-rock roadway in mining area is pointed out for the first time.The effect of microsurfacing with and without adhesion and water proofing membrane on argillaceous rock is contrasted though experiment.And the effect of the adhesion and water proofing membrane is analyzed.Through the analyses and experimental contrast,the conclusion are arrived at: for the argillaceous rock roadway with enough strength,the application of microsurfacing in low temperature construction environment to treatment for excavation argillaceous-rock roadway is a rapid construction,quick traffic,safety,environmental and efficient way.Placing adhesion and water proofing membrane with high concentration asphalt emulsion and then placing microsurfacing embody better performance of waterproof and adhesion.
