摘要 施工期发生的扣件式钢管模板支撑体系倒塌事故一个重要的原因是高支撑体系在水平荷载作用下抗侧向变形能力不足,但现行计算方法对扣件式钢管模板高支撑体系设计只提出构造上的要求,未列入设计计算要求。经用有限元分析方法模拟水平荷载作用的计算结果表明,水平荷载的作用将会使整个支撑体系产生附加内力,使得整个体系受力极不均匀,立杆轴力、垂直剪刀撑的内力将会受到较大的影响。 The insufficient antilateral deformability under horizontal load is an important reason for collapse accident of the high formwork support system taking place in the construction. But the present calculation methods have only set requirement for the configuration when used for the system design, not considering the requirement of the design calculation itself. FEM is employed to simulate the effect of horizontal load. And the calculation result shows that horizontal load will add stress to the support system, making its stress extremely uneven, while the axial force of vertical strut and the stress of crossing strut are also affected seriously.
