Clinical Significance of DNA Ploidy of Gastrointestinal Carcinoma

目的探讨胃肠道恶性肿瘤DNA倍体与其生物学行为关系。方法应用流式细胞术测定184例消化道恶性肿瘤患者癌细胞DNA含量,并分析DNA倍体和胃肠道恶性肿瘤生物学行为关系。结果随病理分级的增高,异倍体率及S期细胞增高比率也呈增高趋势,但统计学上异倍体率及S期细胞增高比率与临床病理学特征差异无统计学意义。结论消化道肿瘤患者DNA倍体的分析与肿瘤恶性程度关系不大,仅可为临床治疗和判断预后提供参考依据。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of DNA ploidy of gastrointestinal carcinoma. Methods DNA ploidy of 184 cases with malignant cancer of the gastrointestinal tract was measured by flow eytometry. The DNA ploidy and cell cycle distribution were analyzed. Results With the increase of pathologiealgrading, the DNA aneuploidy of carcinoma and the elevated proportion in the S phase tended to increase, but there was no significant difference. Conclusions There was no significant difference between DNA aneuploidy of gastrointestinal carcinoma and the clinicopathological feature in gastrointestinal carcinoma.
