摘要
本文根据机械冲击记录仪功能缺欠,提出基于加速度传感器的冲击记录仪设计项目。该项目采用双CPU结构,提高了系统的数据处理能力,通过对实时数据的计算和存储,实现了全程运动(既运输)过程受冲击情况监测。
In this paper, the deficiencies of machine shock recorder are analyzed. The method of design and realization of shock recorder based on the accelerometer is introduced. Double CPU is applied in the new system, it can develop the capability of data processing. By mounting the shock recorder on the goods, it can collect and calculate the real-time data to monitor and record all shocks that is exposed to the goods during its transportation.
