摘要
目的:探讨经皮(会阴)穿刺治疗慢性前列腺炎方法。方法:对2001年2月～2006年2月1640例慢性前列腺炎患者,行经皮(会阴)穿刺前列腺注药治疗。结果:随访4年治愈率达65%(1066/1640),有效率达100%(1640/1640),无明显副作用发生。结论:药物直接注射至前列腺内是治疗慢性前列腺炎的一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective：To evaluate the new effective therapy for refractory chronic prostatitis.Methods：From February 2001 to February 2006,percutaneous intraprostatic injection with drugs was performed in 1640 cases.Results：The cure rate and total effective rate of the therapy were 65%（1066/1640） and 100%（1640/1640）respectively.After treatment no obvious complication was found during the follow 4 years.Conclusion：The result suggest that percutaneous intraprostatic injection is a safe and useful therapy for refractory chmnic prostatitis.
