4种流畅性测验上海社区中老年人的常模分和划界分 被引量:10

The norm and the cut Off scores of four fluency tests in the middle-aged and the old in Shanghai communities

摘要 目的结合中国文化特征,通过在大样本正常中老年人中使用,分析4种流畅性测验的适用性和变化规律。方法正常中老年人来源于上海市社区,年龄≥55岁、≤79岁、教育程度在初中及初中以上、没有严重的脑部和躯体疾病、检查配合良好、简明精神状态量表〉24分。符合要求的共339名,男140例,女199例。年龄:55—60岁107人,61—70岁140人,71—79岁92人。教育程度:初中105人,高中114人,大学120人。被试要求完成一组流畅性测验,包括语义流畅性测验、观念流畅性测验、偏旁流畅性测验和五点测验。结果(1)流畅性测验的总分指标与年龄的相关系数均比较低,均小于0.2;(2)流畅性测验的总分指标与教育程度均有较强相关性,相关系数均大于0.2,其中偏旁流畅性测验总分与观念流畅性测验的放散回答和教育程度相关性最强;(3)在偏旁流畅性测验中,列举有偏旁提示作用的汉字要明显多于偏旁无关的汉字;(4)在五点测验中,错误数和重复数比较高并与年龄、教育程度没有显著相关性;(5)制定了测验指标的划界分。结论4种流畅性测验及其划界分可以有效地应用于临床和科研评定。 Objective To connect the characteristic of the Chinese culture, the applicability and the rule of the 4 fluency tests are researched in the large sample of the normal middle and old-aged people. Methods The objects are from the communities in Shanghai. They should have graduated from junior high school, aged 55 to 85 and without the serious diseases of the body and the brain, and willing to take part in the tests. Their scores of MMSE are above 24.339 people satisfy the requirements above. There are 140 of male, 199 of female, 107 in age between 55 to 60, 140 between 61 ~ 70, 92 between 71 - 79. There are 105 graduated from junior high school, 114 from senior high school, 120 from university. They are demanded to complete 4 kinds of fluency tests : Radical Fluency Test, Category Fluency Test, Idea Fluency Test, Five-Point Test. Results 1. The coefficient correlation of the age and the total score of the tests is lower than 0.2. 2. The coefficient correlation between the education and the total score of the tests is relatively high, which is above 0.2. the total score of the radical fluency test and the divergent answers of the idea fluency test are most correlated to the education. 3. In the radical fluency test, the number of the words which can be cued by the radical is larger than that of these cannot be cued. 4. In the five point test, the number of error and repetition is larger and has no correlation with the age and the education. 5. The cut off scores of the tests are made. Conclusion 4 fluency tests and their cut off scores can be use in the clinical and the scientific evaluation.
