摘要
目的研究心理干预配合康复训练对全髋关节置换术后康复效果的影响。方法在本院择期行全髋关节置换手术的患者60例,用抽签法随机分为研究组30例,对照组30例。2组均接受排尿功能及肢体功能的康复教育,研究组给予心理干预,比较术后心理状态、第1次排尿情况及术后第1个月末临床康复效果评价。结果研究组术后心理状态及第1次能自行排尿的情况(顺利14例,占46.7%)明显优于对照组(顺利7例,占23.3%),差异具有显著性(P〈0.01);研究组第4周末康复训练功能锻炼计划完成量多于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。术后第1个月时,研究组的置换髋关节功能评分分别显著高于对照组,2组间差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论心理干预,配合康复教育,可显著提高术后肢体早期功能训练的效率,减少术后并发症,早日恢复肢体功能。
Objective To study the effects of psychological intervention and preoperative rehabilitation education and practice for patients in orthopedics department. Methods Sixty patients underwent total hip joint replacement or femoral head replacement were randomly divided into the research group and the control group. The two groups all take rehabilitation education of urination exercise and limb function. The research group accept psy- chological Intervention. Compare the psychological after operation and the first urination condition and the appraise of recovering effect of the end of the first month. Results For the first urination the research group was significantly better than the control group ( P〈 0.01 ) ; the quantity of rehabilitation education of research group is more than the the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The Harris score of the two group had significant difference by the end of 1 month ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative rehabilitation education and practice can improve the mental state of the patients and raise the efficacy of rehabilitation training after operation and can make the patients recovery more quickly.
