已婚男性性商量表的编制与信效度检验

Development and psychometric analysis of sex quotient scale for married males

目的编制测量已婚男性性商量表，检验其信度和效度。方法用已婚男性性商量表测量全国9个省（市）22～70岁已婚男性520人，回收有效问卷477人，效标样本192人，间隔2周重测样本32人。通过因子分析等考察量表的信度与效度。结果新编量表条目与总分相关在0．450到0．723之间，各条目决断值（CR）均有显著性；重测信度为0．981，Cronbach’sα系数为0．940，分半信度为0．905；通过探索性因子分析提取5个公因子，解释方差总变异的55．90％，因子载荷在0．420～0．755之间。新编量表总分以及五个分量表（性生理、性心理、性爱抚、性欲、性交流）与效标Olson婚姻质量问卷（ENRICH）三个分量表和国际勃起功能指数-5（IIEF-5）有一定的正相关，相关系数在0．249～0．710之间。结论已婚男性性商量表具有较好的信度和效度，可以用于我国男性性健康水平的评估。

Objective To develop sex quotient scale for married males （SQS-M） and assess its reliability and validity. Methods SQS-M was administered to 520 married males aged 22 - 70 from 9 provinces of China, and 477 copies were effective. 192 subjects were tested with the criterion scales, and 32 were retested with SQS-M after 2 weeks. The reliabilities and validities of SQS-M were examined by factor analysis and other methods. Results SQS-M＇ s correlation between each item and total score is 0. 450 - 0.723, all having significant CR values. The retest reliability is 0. 981 ; cronbach＇ sot is 0.940; split reliability is 0. 905. Exploratory factor analysis results in a 5-factor model, accounting for 55.90% of total variance, with factor loadings between 0.420 - 0.732. The correlations between SQS-M＇ s subscales （sexual physiology, sexual psychology, sexual caress, sexual desire, sexual communication） and Olson＇sMarital Quality Inventory＇ s 3 subscales （husband-wife communication, sexual life, marriage satisfaction） from ENRICH,and the 5-item version of the International Index of Erectile Dysfunction （IIEF-5） , are positive, （ r = 0.249 -0.710）. Conclusion SQS-M has good psychometric properties and can be used in assessing the sexual health of Chinese married males.
