摘要
河北省张家口市水务局在农村水电开发中,积极创新引进HOBAS压力管道,开辟了水力发电工程压力管道建设新途径,新材料、新技术、新产品有了新市场,认真求是开展应用可靠性分析,有利推进农村水电事业科学发展。
Zhangjiakou Water Resources Bureau, Hebei province actively innovates and transfers HOBAS penstock into the rural hydropower development, opens up a new way for the hydraulic project penstock construction. The new materials and new technology as well as new products find their markets. It is conducive to carry out the dependability analysis carefully so as to promote the scientific development of the rural hydropower course.
