仰山水电站球阀操作系统的分析及技术改造

摘要 仰山四级水电站试运行中,发现球阀存在关闭时间过长的重大缺陷。通过对其操作系统进行分析,发现无中间功率放大装置,且相连油管直径过小。经过理论分析和计算,制定了技术改造方案,并确定了自制设备、自行安装的具体措施,实施改造后效果达到规程要求,并节省了费用。 During the test operation ofYangshan hydropower station cascade IV, a big failure is found that the globe valve takes too long a time to be closed. The analysis of the operation system shows there are not an interim frequency expansion appliance and the diameter of the connecting vitta is too small. The technological upgrade plan has been set down after the theory analysis and calculation, and the specific measures that the equipment is produced and installed by ourselves have also been confirmed. The rehabilitation reaches the specification requirement and saves the cost.
