通过阐述循环经济的基本理论和实践活动,论述了建立指标体系应遵循的基本原则,在准确把握循环经济内涵和指标应用的基础上,依据循环经济的实践,从经济、社会、环境3个方面出发建立了一个合适的指标体系。
