高新产业集群的模块化创新模式初探

Initial Study of the Modularized Innovative Mode of New and High Industrial Cluster

模块化作为一种新的组织模式正日益受到人们的关注。在研究国外关于模块化创新模式文献的基础上,揭示模块化组织模式的内涵,以杭州高新产业集群为例,分析我国目前高技术产业集群创新模式存在的局限性,同时与硅谷的模块化进行比较,提出我国应采取"中卫型"高技术产业集群模块化创新过程模式,以实现我国高新技术产业集群的网络化创新。

As a new organization mode, modularization has drawn more and more people＇s attention. Based on the study of foreign and domestic literature on modularized innovative modes, the paper reveals the connotation of the modularized organization mode, and taking the new and high industrial cluster in Hangzhou as an example, analyses the limitation existing in the innovative mode of our present hi-tech industrial cluster. It further compares it with the modularization of Silicon Valley and suggests that our country adopt ＂center halfback-type＂ modularized innovative process mode of hi-tech industrial cluster so as to realize the cyber innovation for our hi-tech industrial cluster.
