摘要
科学发展观中的以人为本,从哲学上看,有三个层面的内涵,即以人的本质为本,根据人的本质来规范和引导发展、实现发展;以人的本质力量为本,依靠人的本质力量推动发展、实现发展;以人的全面发展为本,以人的全面发展作为价值目标和终极追求,实现发展。
Viewing people the foremost, the essence and soul of the Concept of Scientific Development, characterizes philosophically connotations in three levels: taking the human nature as the foremost to normalize, lead and realize development in light of human nature; taking human's natural power as the foremost to boost and realize development by man's natural power; taking the comprehensive development as the foremost to realize development with man's comprehensive development as the value goal and ultimate pursuit.
