摘要 静压气体润滑机械密封是主要利用气体静压作用实现端面非接触的一种新型密封技术,其主要结构是在密封环上加工有提供气体的通道,由外部气源或由内部气源提供流体静压力,当端面间气体静压力形成的开启力与弹性元件和介质形成的闭合力相等时可以实现端面的非接触。这种机械密封技术的性能与转速的关系不大,同时还具有双向旋转能力,所以非常适用于低速、间断运行或需要双向转换运行的机械。本文综合评述了该机械密封的技术特点、研究进展和应用范围。 Aerostatic gas lubricating mechanical seal is a new kind of seal in which the aerostatic gas is used to separate the seal faces resulted in non-contact between faces. Its main structural characteristics is that there are gas channels to provide the seal faces with aerostatic gas. The barrier gas is from external source or from the one to be transmitted. The seal faces can realize non-contact when the opening force formed by aerostatic gas pressure equals to the closing force formed by elastic components and medium.The performance of this kind of seal is independent of rotating speed and rotating direction, so it is suitable to low speed, on-off running or bi-rotating machines This paper presents a review to the technology features progress and the application fields.
