摘要
首先概述铁路综合移动通信网的发展,重点介绍两种铁路智能网业务:功能寻址和位置寻址的功能和关键技术。在智能网业务的实现过程中,功能号是由车次号和功能代码来表征,车次号不唯一引起功能号不唯一,限制智能网在铁路行车调度指挥系统中的应用。设计通过两种方式解决功能号不唯一问题,该方案可以进行人工控制,减少寻呼次数,减少网络的资源占用负担。
It was introduced the development of GSM-R firstly, introduced two railway IN services: the function and key technique of functional addressing and location dependant addressing. In the process of the IN services implementing, the function number was defined by train number and function code, no-single train number caused no-single function number problem, restricted the use of Intelligent Networks in Train Operation Dispatching Command System. It was designed two methods to resolve the no-single function number problem, analyzed the problem of existent, proposed the resolve scheme. This scheme could be controlled artificially, reduced call time and the impropriate burden of network resource.
