摘要 企业文化作为一种无形的资源,是在人力资源管理工作中经过长期潜移默化培养起来的。良好的企业文化是建立在人之上的,与人力资源的开发和管理是一种互相推动、互相制约的关系。在世界经济一体化、企业国际化、人才竞争白热化的今天,为了谋求企业的最大经济效益,实现企业的目标、促进企业的发展,使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地,世界各国的企业管理者越来越重视企业文化建设。通过构建良好的企业文化,促进人力资源的开发和管理已成为现代企业的共识和研究课题。 As a kind of intangible resource, corporate culture is gradually developed in the long term of human resource management. Good corporate culture is built upon people, which has the mutual promotion and constraints relationship with the development and management of human resources. Today, with the integration of the world economy, internationalization of business and the intense competition for talents, enterprises' executives worldwide are focusing on the building of corporate culture in order to maximize economical benefits, achieve enterprise's objectives and promote the development of enterprises, and make itself invincible in market competition. To build good corporate culture, so as to promote the development and management of human resources, have become the consensus and the research project of modem enterprises.
