摘要
在中小企业的生存与发展过程中,人才起了关键性的作用,大企业可以凭借其名气和雄厚的实力吸引各种人才,而名气和资源都比较小的中小企业,如何吸引人才便成为中小企业经营者都十分关心的问题。针对中小企业的分析,根据中小企业的特点,比较系统地提出中小企业吸引人才的策略。
Talented people play a critical role in the survival and development of small and medium - sized enterprises (SMEs). Large enterprises can rely on its strong reputation and the strength, which are lacked in SMEs, to attract talents. Thus how to attract talented people becomes the very concerned issue. This article,based on the characteristics of SMEs and its analysis, puts forward some strategies systematically.
