Mosmann已经用3-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑)-2,5-二苯基溴化四唑(MTT)比色法检测了纳米TiO2在人肝细胞的增殖情况。通过化学沉积的方法可以制备纳米TiO2,它的纳米结构可以通过电子扫描显微镜检测。我们首先测量纳米TiO2一些基本特性然后深入到肝脏细胞,再在这些细胞增加一些纳米TiO2。利用生物学的方法我们观察并测量肝脏细胞在正常状态下的细胞增殖情况,通过与对照组对比的结果表明纳米TiO2在人的肝脏细胞的增殖的影响很小。我们进一步发现纳米TiO2对鸡胚成纤维(CEF)细胞的毒性(安全性)的尺度。最后我们首次通过毒物学确定了在100nm和1000nm TiO2的毒性。
The influences of the nanoTiO2 on proliferation states of the person's liver cell has been observed and measured by 3- (4,5- dimethyhhiazol 2-yl)-2,5 diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTF) colorimetric method by Mosmann. The nanoTiO2 is prepared by chemical deposition method, its nanostructure is checked by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). We first measure some elementary properties of the nanoTiO2 and go on further the liver cell cultures, again add small nano TiO2 into the cells. In accordance with biological rules we observe and measure the proliferation state of the liver cell in normal condition. The result obtained show that the influence of the nanoTiO2 on the proliferation of the person's liver cell is very small, when compared with that of the control group. We found further out the size of toxicity(safety) of the nanoTiO2 to the chick embryo fibroblast (CEF) cells by the MTT colorimetric method. Finally we determine the toxicity for the TiO2s of 100nm and of 1000nm by the toxicology which are all first score (or degree).
