摘要
利用热重法对我国四种典型动力用煤在不同升温速率(20℃/min、35℃/min、50℃/min、75℃/min1、00℃/min)下的热解过程进行了研究。由各工况热重曲线得到热解特征参数,利用微分法与积分法相结合的方法求得了各煤样的动力学参数以及机理函数。分析比较了不同煤种、不同升温速率下的热解特性。结果表明,中温段热解反应最剧烈,活化能也最大;随着升温速率的提高,各煤样平均活化能增加。
The pyrolysis processes of four kinds of coal from China are studied with TG/DTG analysis at different heating - up speeds ( 20℃/min, 35℃/min, 50℃/min, 75℃/min, 100℃/min ). Pyrolysis characteristic parameters are got from TG curves. Using differential method and integral method, coal's kinetics parameters and mechanism funetion are got. Pyrolysis characteristics of different kinds of coal at various heating - up speeds are analysed and compared. Results show that, pyrolysis at middle temperature is the activest stage, activation energy of this stage is also the highest. With the heating- up speed increasing, the average activation energy of all kinds of coal increases.
