人类免疫缺陷病毒与肠屏障功能 被引量：3

摘要 肠道屏障可有效阻抑微生物及其毒素对机体的侵害，肠道屏障功能受损往往导致肠道细菌移位，引发严重感染。HIV感染常累及消化系统，造成肠道屏障功能的破坏，从而导致一系列机会性感染，部分HIV感染者也可因肠屏障功能改变导致非感染性腹泻和吸收障碍。本文就HIV感染与肠道屏障功能的关系研究作一综述。
