高校教职工高水平甘油三酯的发生与防治分析

摘要 目的探讨高校中青年教师高甘油三酯发病率高的原因以及对该病证的防治。方法根据受检人群的检查结果,针对发病人群的工作性质和生活习惯,进行科学康复锻炼指导辅以药物治疗,降低甘油三酯水平。结果198名高甘油三酯人中有126人TG降至正常,23人有所下降。结论高甘油三酯血症多数是由于不合理的生活方式导致,通过改变生活方式即可逆转过高的高甘油三酯水平,再做一些并不复杂的干预措施情况下就足以取得相当显著的效果。
