走向生态中心管理范式?——对绿色管理研究的反思

Toward Ecocentric Management Rethinking Green Management Studies

在当前的绿色管理研究当中,一些组织管理理论家主张用生态中心管理范式替代传统管理范式。文章对这种主张做了批判性分析,一方面,生态中心主义面临明显而难以克服的理论困境;另一方面,生态中心管理范式缺乏践行的有效机制。尽管生态中心管理理论家批判了传统管理范式对自然环境的忽视,但是这种批判缺乏对环境问题的政治经济分析,批判理论(Critical Theory)为此提供了有效的理论资源。

In recent green management studies,there is a proposition that traditional management paradigm should be replaced by ecocentric management paradigm.We critically review the proposition from two prospects.First,the thought of ecocentricism faces insurmountable theoretical problem;second,its normative rationality makes it lacking of practicability.As a whole,although questioning the character of denature of traditional management,ecocentric argument does not focus on political economy about environmental problem.Critical Theory is a useful lens to green management studies.
