摘要
对Asp.niger SZ-357菌株所分泌的酸性蛋白酶相关性质的研究结果表明:该菌株分泌的酸性蛋白酶的最适pH为2.5,最适温度为60℃,作用温度在25~70℃范围时其活力显著。獭兔皮软化应用试验及形态学的观察证明,该酶显著提高了毛皮柔软性及物理机械性能,而对毛囊未产生明显的影响。通过正交试验得到獭兔皮软化的最佳软化工艺参数:软化pH为2.5,温度为40℃,酶用量为11u·mL-1,软化作用时间为13h。
The properties of a novel acid protease secreted from the stain of Asp. niger SZ - 357 were characterized. The ac- tivity of the protease is significant in the temperature range of 20 - 70℃, and the most suitable conditions for the protease are of 60℃ and pH = 2.5. The application experiments show that the acid protease could considerably improve softness and physical properties of the fur, while the hair follicles of the fur are well kept. The optimal bating conditions for making beaver rabbit fur by using acid protease SZ -357 are obtained, that is, bating for 13h at 40℃ and pH 2.5 in 1 lu· mL^-1 protease liquor.
